RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at heroglyf.official@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and incorrect items
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom and personalised orders
Items that have been laser engraved or otherwise personalised cannot be returned. These pieces are made specifically for you. If there is a defect in the engraving or a manufacturing fault, contact us — we will work with you to find a solution, including re-engraving or replacement where possible.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10–20 business days. Bank and card processing may add additional time. If more than 25 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at heroglyf.official@gmail.com.
