SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped from Mexico City, Mexico.

Processing time
All pieces are handmade and inspected before dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Custom laser engraving orders may require up to 7 business days before dispatch.

Shipping options
We offer two shipping tiers at checkout:

— Standard Tracked (€20): Delivered via registered international post with tracking. Estimated delivery 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs clearance.

— Express (€40): Delivered via DHL or FedEx Express. Estimated delivery 3–7 business days.

Free standard tracked shipping on all orders over €400.

Customs and duties 
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Heroglyf has no control over customs processing times, which may extend delivery estimates.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all shipments. Heroglyf is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or circumstances outside our control.
